2. Delivery Areas

We currently ship all over Bangladesh, including both Dhaka city and outside Dhaka.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, special sales, or due to unforeseen delays.

4. Courier Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure fast and safe delivery: Steadfast, Pathao, and our own delivery team (self-delivery for select areas in Dhaka).

5. Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳80
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120

6. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

7. Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Card Payment, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD), and EMI (available for eligible products).

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
